The content here is based on real work out sessions with young women getting their groove on in yoga pants, short shorts and tight gear that oh-so accentuates their bods and in-process curves! It’s a wild idea and purely a spectator sport that still manages to please and put a smile on your face.

Each update is a work out session for the butt – where exercises are done with care and perfect technique to shape the girl’s body before your eyes. The scenes are done out of private homes where the girl notes what type of exercises she will be performing and then goes to work in front of the camera.

Some scenes are group sessions, where several young women are working out together, or with a trainer. Each doing the workout and shaping up with kettle ball training, squats, dips, and other butt-muscle centric moves. And we get the full view from behind as each girl does the workout.

The full scenes are only available to download with mobile to 1080p options, with each video being only as long as the exercise takes to complete.

As far as I can tell, the scenes are only downloadable – with the streaming video option only playing a preview of the update with some key moments showing the moves and techniques that the girl/group get into.

Though non-nude in nature the scenes are quite pleasurable to watch and informative – often with on-screen instructions of what the girls are doing and techniques. Hot girls working their asses off never looked so good!
